I did really well today on my first day of rlcd. I stuck to the protocol with no problems at all. I wasn't hungry at any point during the day. For breakfast I drank half a cup of warm green tea with stevia in it, I had my apple as a snack. Then for lunch I had a chicken breast cooked in lemon juice and salt with a handful of cherry tomatoes,and a melba toast. It was delicious! I mean it, totally yummy! For my next meal I ate the same thing, except that I had an orange instead of an apple. I drank 6 bottles of water today and took 36 drops. I will check the scale in the morning but I am positive that I have already dropped the weight I gained from loading. Day one down!
